Delivery
As your art is specifically made to order, please allow up to 28 days for your work. The utmost care goes in handling and creating the paintings. Postage and Packaging is included in the price but for U.K. mainland delivery addresses ONLY. Contact has to be made prior to purchase for any orders outside of the U.K.

Disclaimer
Although we are sure that you will be happy with your painting, Always be sure that you are confident of your choice. If you advise us upon delivery that you are unhappy with you choice of art, we are unable to provide a refund.

Payment
Payment is made via Paypal and accept most debit/credit card methods. All payments shall go through the Paypal system, for more details please visit http://paypal.com. Upon clicking on the 'buy' option you will be forwarded to paypal to complete the payment. All amounts are fixed and no bartering will take place. Only in extreme circumstances refunds could be made. We are not currently a VAT registered business, and as such cannot provide VAT receipts.

Cancellation
For whatever reason you wish to cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of the order being placed, after this point in time the process of creation will have started and costs may have been incurred, which you will be accountable for.

The copyright and design rights that we have on our designs, and art do, and shall remain, the property of JP Creations and James Pate. Any violation will be strongly pursued without exception. For any reason or requirement to use the information or designs from JP Creations needs written consent and authorisation from JP Creations prior to use.
